Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Creatrbase ("the Service"), operated by Creatrbase ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Creatrbase is a creator analytics platform that connects to your social media accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and others) to provide brand-readiness scoring, engagement analytics, outreach tracking, and related tools to help independent creators manage and grow their business relationships with brands.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@creatrbase.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Platform Connections

The Service allows you to connect your social media platform accounts via OAuth. By connecting a platform you confirm that you are the authorised owner of that account and that you have the right to grant us access to its data. You may disconnect any platform at any time from your Connections page. We will retain historical metric snapshots taken prior to disconnection.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party platform's terms of service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Creatrbase's proprietary scoring logic, analytics models, or brand registry data
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or send unsolicited commercial messages
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the brand-readiness scoring algorithm, platform design, and brand registry — are owned by Creatrbase and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own personal or business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Your data (your channel metrics, personal information, and content) remains yours. We claim no ownership over it.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms and APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party platforms.

7. Email Communications

By creating an account you consent to receive transactional emails from Creatrbase, including weekly digest emails, task reminders, and account notifications. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analytics or scores will be accurate or complete. Brand-readiness scores are informational estimates based on available data and do not guarantee brand partnership outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creatrbase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@creatrbase.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
